LAA reserves the right to use media taken at practices, games, tournaments, and events on various platforms such as the website, social media pages, promotional materials, and other digital or print publications.
Individuals who do not wish for their or their child's image to be utilized in LAA media can opt-out by submitting a written request to CONTACT US with the subject line "Media Opt-Out Request" including the participant's full name, team or program enrollment, and a clear statement requesting exclusion from LAA media.
While LAA will make efforts to respect all opt-out requests, it is important to note that the organization cannot control or remove images captured or shared by spectators, third parties, or media outlets.
LAA does not take responsibility for media captured by parents, spectators, or external organizations at LAA events. Public events may be covered by outside media, and individuals consent to potential image usage by remaining at or participating in LAA events unless an opt-out request has been acknowledged.
